Parliament

• Public Information Online - full-text of papers, bills, etc.  from Session 3 onwards.
  
• Scottish Parliament - official web site of the Scottish Parliament, including news, MSPs, agenda, decisions, official reports.
• RPS - records of the Parliaments of Scotland to 1707.

Elections

• ASPECT - digital archive of material from the first Scottish parliamentary election. Also includes information on the candidates, wards, political parties, results of the election.
• Scotland Vote 99 - BBC Scotland database, with information on Scottish Parliament, opinion polls, political parties and other useful links.

Devolved Scottish Legislation

• legislation.gov.uk - legislation covering UK jurisdictions (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland), with details of amendments. Includes Acts of Scottish Parliament and Scottish Statutory Instruments.
• Westlaw and Lexis Library - revised versions of UK legislation and devolved Scottish legislation are also available on Westlaw and Lexis Library.
