SUPrimo searches our Library collections, including books (electronic and print), journal titles (electronic and print), theses, exam papers, media resources etc.
At present SUPrimo does not search the contents of our electronic databases such as Web of Science, Compendex and ABI/Inform Complete - you will need to continue searching these services separately. Links to these databases can be found at: http://www.lib.strath.ac.uk/els.htm
No, not yet. You will have to search for journal articles using our electronic databases. Links to these databases can be found at: http://www.lib.strath.ac.uk/els.htm
SUPrimo allows you to filter your results after you have done a search. See the links at the right hand side of the results screen (e.g. Limit my results to Main Library, Strathclyde theses etc). You can also limit your search results to Electronic resources or Available items using the tab at the top of the results list.
Once you have a list of results open the number of versions link, then on the sorted by drop down menu, choose date-newest.

You may have problems viewing our electronic books using Firefox on a Mac. This is because the pdf file is downloaded rather than opened within the browser. The solutions to the problem are either:
